Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our development services.
Welcome to Global Associates. By utilizing our software development, web design, or mobile application services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Project Scope & Delivery
All software development projects are executed based on the mutually agreed technical requirements and scope of work. Any additional features or modules requested outside the initial scope will be subject to revised timelines and additional costs.
2. Payment & Invoicing
Payments for custom software and web applications are milestone-based. A standard advance payment is required to initiate the project, with subsequent payments linked to development phases. Final deployment is subject to the clearance of all pending dues.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the custom source code and associated intellectual property rights for the developed software are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing agreement.
4. Maintenance & Support
Post-deployment support, server monitoring, and minor updates are provided free of cost for a limited warranty period (as defined in the project contract). Ongoing support after this period requires an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our applications may utilize third-party APIs (such as payment gateways or SMS providers). We are not liable for any downtime, policy changes, or data breaches originating from these external third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Global Associates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits or data loss, arising out of server outages, software bugs, or external security breaches.
