1. Project Scope & Delivery

All software development projects are executed based on the mutually agreed technical requirements. Additional modules will be subject to revised costs.

2. Payment & Invoicing

Payments for custom software and web applications are milestone-based. Final deployment is subject to the clearance of all pending dues.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the custom source code and associated IP rights are transferred to the client.

4. Maintenance & Support

Ongoing support after the deployment phase requires an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

5. Limitation of Liability

Global Associates shall not be held liable for indirect damages or data loss arising out of server outages, software bugs, or external breaches.
