At Global Associates, we strive to ensure that our internet services are seamless and uninterrupted. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested.

1. Hardware and Installation Charges

Any upfront charges paid for hardware (such as routers, ONTs, CCTV cameras, or biometric devices) and installation fees are strictly non-refundable once the installation process has commenced or the hardware has been delivered and unboxed.

2. Prepaid Broadband Plans

Our broadband plans are prepaid. Cancellations made mid-cycle will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining days of that cycle. Your connection will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Service Outage Refunds

If you experience a continuous network outage exceeding 48 hours due to a fault entirely on our end (excluding natural disasters, fiber cuts by third parties, or power failures at the customer's premise), we will provide a pro-rated account credit against your next billing cycle.

4. Process for Cancellation

To request a cancellation of service, please contact our support team at Sushant.v@gassociates.in at least 7 days before your next billing cycle begins.
